I wish I could say I made this!! It is so tender and full of flavor! 3 kinds of
noodles (Japanese Whole Wheat Soba, Udon and Rice Noodle), Mixed with tender
cuts of beef, Tofu, Cabbage and Onions and Beautiful Broth. Everything is cooked
individually and then mixed before serving. No MSG! HAPPY BIRTHDAY GAV! Made
to Order with love by Kumiko's Grandparents. They are retired from owning and
running a Japanese Restaurant.
