Hurry! Sign up with
Kashi before March 15th to receive a
coupon by mail for a FREE Kashi entree!  Once on the Kashi
page, click on the "get a free frozen entree coupon" link.
The coupon will come via "snail mail."  Take it on your next
shopping trip for a free meal!

Get a FREE, Healthy meal from Kashi!??! WOW!!  I'll write a
review of mine as soon as I get it!  They have lots of veggie
options (even some vegan), as well as, lots of chicken
options.  The Pesto Pasta and Mango Black Bean sound
good to me!  mmm...

And don't forget to bring your own bags!
RITE AID - Single Check Rebate (SCR) Program - A Great Way to Save!

I love Rite Aid.  I have done their SCR program for 3 years now.  It is so
fun to get your little checks in the mail!  YouI can either take to the bank
or use towards any purchase at Rite Aid.  For the month of December, my
rebate check was $33!!  That's like getting $33 worth of free goodies!  Of
course, not every month is that high, Jan. was $1, but I took it!  Every
dollar counts!  For Feb., I have $6, full rebates on a Sure deodorant and a
Garnier shampoo.  That's better than the .99 cent store! FREE!  You have
to put the money out, but you get it all back in the form of a check made
out to you!  It comes surprisingly quickly too.  Give it a try!

It is simple and secure to sign up and use.  Just go to riteaid.com,
click on single check rebates and sign up.  Then look at the rebate list for
items you would normally buy, don't buy just because there is a rebate!   If
you combine a rebate with a coupon, you can get things for even better
than FREE!  You don't have to send in your receipts, which is great!  You
enter them online, request your check and wait for it to arrive.

It takes some planning, but I have rules.... NEVER spend more than 10
minutes reviewing the rebates and making a list.  NEVER get something
just because it's free, if you can't use it, leave it for someone who can.
Form a group, ask your family & friends for their Sun. paper coupon
inserts, share items, etc...  Make friends; try to go to the same checker
each time once you find one you click with.  And stick to your list!  No
impulse buying.  Once you get started, each month will be easier, quicker
and save you more money.   Of course, if you have questions or tips to
add, just contact me!  I'll do my best to answer.  I have been known to call
Rite Aid corporate to get a straight answer!
Have fun with your shopping!  Get the family involved!  Bring your list!  Bring your
calculator and bring home great food at great bargains.   Got a tip to share?
Contact me and I'll post it.
