Super Wheaties Power Burgers   
Makes 4 1/4lb. burgers

1 CUP Wheaties, grind up in processor or put in
plastic bag and crush finely with a rolling pin.
1 lb. 7% ground sirloin
1 Large egg white
salt and pepper
onion powder
garlic salt
any other spices you like in your burgers.. chili
powder, tobasco, spice it up!  Youcould even mix
in a tablespoon of bbq sauce now.... not too much
though it will make them too sugary and they'll
burn.

METHOD:
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl with
your hands!! YES, it is fun!  CUT YOUR NAILS or
USE DISPOSABLE GLOVES!

Form 4 burgers, use your thumb to make the
center of the burger a little "concave" and make
the edges/rim thicker.  It will even out in
cooking.
Grill your burgers or place them in a non stick
pan and cook them approx. 5 minutes/side or
until cooked to your likeness!

Build on buns with lettuce, tomato, onion,
sprouts, cheese, bbq sauce, grilled veggies,....
what else?! LET ME KNOW!

Nothing wrong with that.... Using LEAN 7% Ground Sirloin burgers "powered up" with ground up
wheaties makes for an awesome meat treat!
With egg whites these become Super PROTEIN burgers!  You can even add a scoop of PROTEIN
POWDER!  Cook up a batch and keep them on hand for a quick lunch! Or whenever!!
