Happy New Year!  Ringing in the new year in Palm Springs

Here is our little "Cruiser", I meant the car!  Do you see Bridget?!?  We always stop at Pepe's on our way to P.S.
I usually get this gorgeous ceviche.  It really is good!

The animals are so good and
really loved the get-away.  They
are well trained!
Just like old times cooking together!  It's a great coincidence that her family lives in P.S. and my gorgeous
grandma has a condo there that we can use!  It was the best new years ever to be together!  A Big "Thank you for
everything" from all of us to my grandma!

As you can see she brought over all gorgeous organic noodles, tomato paste, veggies and cheese.  For the
sauce we sauté onions and fresh chopped tomatoes in coconut oil.  For the vegan/all veggie version we sauté
zuchini, eggplant and spinach and used the brown rice noodles. I'll update this page and alsoinclude the recipes!
