Brown Rice Nori Rolls. Tofu, sprouts,
avocado, shitake mushroom, carrot, tomato
and brown rice rolled in nori seaweed
"paper".
RAW Zuchini "Noodles" wrapped around
raw veggies served with cury tahini sauce.
Shitakes low baked in Coconut oil and soy
sauce. Brown rice, Kale, avocado, tofu,
brown rice veggie plate.
Tofu is sprinkled with Dulce, a sea vegetable
that adds a nice salty and mild fishy flavor.
Really good! Available at Mother's Market.
Tofu, Butternut squash and beet salad creation. The raw veggies
are sprinkled with coconut oil, that's the white stuff!

This is my family's famous Pumpkin
Chocolate Chip Cookie! Soooo good!!! I
made them around Thanksgiving time.
Zuchini Bread!! So moist and delicious! No butter
needed! Can I bake you a loaf?
Hello there you wish to have some cookies? Well here
you are the pumpkin cookie
1/2 cups shortening
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup pumpkin
Cream all the above together
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp each of baking soda, baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon, & vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup nuts if you wish
Mix all together and add to cream mix.
Bake at 375 for oh about 8 to 12 minutes the trick is not
to over bake them.
