TUESDAY'S PREPARATIONS - LOTS OF SHOPPING!  RALPHS!

After you make the stuffing, put it into
muffin tins to bake.  That way
everybody gets a "crispy top"!  I did 12
"cups" and the rest in a big pan.  I used
the roaster as a warmer/server on the
buffet.
I mixed 'n matched my Mikasa
"Wedding Band" china (I have service
for 8) with a set of OLD dishes,
Gold/Brown toned heavy glass, from
Gavin's Grandma, and everyday
pottery barn Big solid Ivory colored
stoneware dishes.  Everything
coordinated so nicely! Kumiko did all
the flower arrangements and Janice
helped me with my Pesto Creme
Cheese stuffed Cherry Tomatoes!!
Yummy!  We had the bar and snacks
set up on the patio with nuts, fruit and
cheeses inside as well, we cleared out
some of the furniture to open it up
more.  I made name cards out of little
pieces of California shaped paper that
I cut out and wrote everyone's name
on, then I attached it to a straight pin
with tape and stuck it into the top of
the little pears!  Everyone took their
name "to go", along w/ their  foodies
to go!  Lots of leftovers for everyone to
take! And 6 of us have already eaten a
huge meal here today!!  There is still
more for soup, sandwiches, etc...
Vegies to be roasted.
